He has led organizations through audits, capital raises, restructurings, and OTC Market compliance, providing a steady, solutions-driven approach to complex financial challenges.
A U.S. Army veteran, Wes brings leadership discipline, integrity, and execution-focused thinking to every engagement. Outside of his work, he enjoys aviation, horses, dogs, and time with his family.
